Your journey in 4 steps

Even if you are very motivated, the fear may tell you to avoid. That’s why we’ll take it one step at a time to help you do the treatment despite your fear.

First step

Taking the first step can feel big, so we keep it easy. Call, email, or message us anytime to explore whether the method is a good fit.

2 - Intake interview

During the online video intake, we’ll create a treatment plan that we believe will be effective - and that feels doable for you.

3 - Treatment appointments

Once you're ready, we'll schedule your treatment - usually over two consecutive days.

4 - Aftercare

After your treatment, we’ll plan a follow-up call to check in — and we love hearing how you're doing afterward.
