Your journey in 4 steps

Fear often pushes people to avoid. That’s why we have structured the treatment process to help you move forward step by step, at a pace that fits you.

First step

Taking the first step can feel big, so we keep it easy. Call, email, or message us anytime to explore whether our treatment is a good fit.

2 - Intake interview

During the online video intake, we assess your fear and agree in a treatment plan that is both effective and feasible for you.

3 - Treatment appointments

Once you're ready, we'll schedule your treatment - usually over two consecutive days.

4 - Aftercare

After your treatment, we plan one or more follow-up calls to check in and address any remaining questions.

Our fees

A standard phobia treatment at our London clinic costs £1,595, including the intake interview, medical screening, prescription of the single dose medication, treatment preparation, treatment session, test session and evaluation meeting.

Your treatment is tailored to your specific phobia. If there are any additional costs associated with your treatment, such as entrance fees to certain locations or fees for animals or other helpers, we will pass those costs on to you without any markup.

Payment is made in three instalments: after the intake, after the treatment, and after the evaluation. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, a fee will apply.

Kindt Clinics London specializes in phobias

We take every fear seriously. If we can safely face it together in treatment, there is a good chance we can help. Whatever your fear, we’ll explore with you whether our method is a good fit.
